First State Bank
23400 Greater Mack

Established in 1917, the First State Bank was in this building by 1937 and remained until at least the late 1960s. The bank is now at a different location on Greater Mack Ave.

In addition to this branch, there were other First State Bank branches located on Gratiot near 9 Mile Road, and on Harper Avenue.

The First State Bank is still in business in St. Clair Shores, but in a different location on Greater Mack, north of 9 Mile Road. Several other branches are also still in St. Clair Shores.
