Curbside Pickup

The Library is pleased to announce that curbside pickup is now offered by appointment.

How Does It Work?

• Visit our online catalog and browse for any items that interest you, or call 586-771-9020 to speak to a librarian.
• When you receive an alert that your holds are available, call to schedule a 15 minute pickup appointment between 10:00AM and noon, or 3:00PM and 7:00PM, Monday through Thursday, or 1:00PM and 4:00PM on Friday and Saturday.
• The pickup location will be in the library parking lot in front of the building.
• Wait in your car, a staff member will greet you. If you require assistance, please call (586) 771-9020.
• If there is another car at the pickup area, please wait for your turn.
• Pop your trunk or lower your back passenger window. Your library materials will be packaged and placed in your car.
• Take away and enjoy!

Important to Know

• Your pickup appointment will be limited to a 15 minute time slot to keep the service organized.
• If you are unable to make your appointment, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. Curbside orders will only be held for that appointment if new arrangements are not made.
• The curbside service is available by prior appointment only.
• Staff will not be able to answer reference questions or questions about your account. Please call to receive further assistance.
